Privacy notice

If you contact Andrea Dormer through this website or by email, your name, email address, enquiry type and message will be used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Your details will not be added to a mailing list.

Website enquiries are stored securely using the website’s hosting provider, Cloudflare, and can only be read through the private enquiry inbox by Andrea. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the enquiry details to send a notification to hey@angebtb.com. Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work, unless there is a legal reason to retain them.

To reduce spam, the form checks submissions, uses a hidden spam field and temporarily stores a hash based on your network address or email. These spam checks expire after a day. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

To request access to, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, email hey@angebtb.com.

Before the Brand Diagnostic begins, your name and email address are stored securely using Cloudflare so your progress and any later consultancy application can be kept together. Your diagnostic responses and calculated result are added to that record when you finish. Diagnostic-only records are retained for up to 90 days and then removed unless they are connected to a consultancy application or must be retained for a legal reason.

Choosing to receive Andrea Dormer updates is optional and is not required to take the diagnostic. If you tick the updates box, your email address, name and the date and time of consent are recorded separately from your diagnostic participation. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Every marketing email must provide an unsubscribe route, and you can also email hey@angebtb.com.

If you choose to apply for consultancy, your application is linked to your diagnostic record. Your application details, responses and result are used only to assess and respond to your application. Resend processes those details to notify Andrea at hey@angebtb.com. Completing an application does not create a booking.

This website includes links to external platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit those services.
